Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a product that you have purchased from Direct Auto Parts and the product is unused and hasn’t been fitted, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a credit note or refund in certain circumstances. All you need to do is contact us by phone or email for an authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted otherwise. Customers must inform Direct Auto Parts of returns, when receiving products within 7 days. Delivery charges will not be covered by Direct Auto Parts of returned products but that of the customer. All products must contain all original items and be returned in condition they were sold as. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements as stated above
